We offer immunizations for all ages on Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 8AM-11AM and 1PM-4PM. We accept Medicaid, CHIP, Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO only), and Private Pay. Please call for additional questions about specific vaccines needed and extra fees.

Our laboratory services are offered at a discounted rate for private pay patients. This includes basic lab work and pregnancy test.

TB skin tests are offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8-11 AM and 1-4 PM. The fee for a TB skin test is $20.00, cash or check.
If TB treatment is needed, this service is provided free of charge.

The Flu vaccine is available Monday through Friday 8-11 AM and 1-4 PM. Insurances accepted for the flu vaccine are: Majority of Insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay.
